What do garage owners usually ask before getting started?
The interface is entirely in Vietnamese and kept simple: receptionists only need to scan the license plate to check in a vehicle, while technicians see only the jobs assigned to them. On average, the whole garage gets comfortable with BonBon after 15 minutes of training, and our implementation team provides on-site training on the first day.
Data is encrypted and stored in cloud infrastructure. Only the Admin account—the garage owner—can manage permissions and view financial reports for the entire garage; technicians can only see their own revenue and work orders.
Send us your customer list, service price list, and current inventory file; our implementation team will import them into the system for you, so you do not have to re-enter everything from scratch. You can also continue using your notebooks alongside BonBon during the first week if you prefer.
